This website and all of its content—including, but not limited to, texts, product descriptions, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, and the original designs of mouth-blown glass objects presented under the Marquisate London name—are the exclusive property of Marquisate London and are protected under applicable laws of both the Republic of Türkiye and the United Kingdom, including but not limited to:

• Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (Türkiye)
• Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property (Türkiye)
• The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK)
• The Trade Marks Act 1994 (UK)
• UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK)

Each Marquisate London piece is handcrafted using traditional mouth-blown glass techniques. As a result, slight variations in shape, size, color, or texture may occur. These are not defects but inherent characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and are embraced as part of each object’s uniqueness.

All content on this site is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, alteration, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any part of the content—including images, text, videos, designs, or product concepts—is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in both civil and/or criminal legal action under the laws of Türkiye and/or the United Kingdom.

The purchase of any product from Marquisate London is strictly for personal and non-commercial use. It does not grant any license or transfer of intellectual property rights. The resale, reproduction, public exhibition, or imitation of any product or its design, whether in whole or in part, is expressly forbidden without the prior written consent of Marquisate London.

Care and safety instructions are provided with each product. Marquisate London accepts no liability for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or accidents involving its glass objects.

All legal disputes arising from the use of this website or the interpretation of these terms shall be governed by:

• The laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction in the competent UK Courts depending on the nature of the dispute and the party involved.
