Payment and Delivery

Credit Card Payments on Our Site
You can make a one-time payment via credit card or online installment through Akbank on our website. The payment amount will be deducted from your credit card at the end of the order. Refunds due to order cancellations or stock issues will be processed to your credit card within 14 working days. As the products are made to order and not kept in stock, returns and exchanges are not accepted. -
Order Price Refund
In case of order cancellation for any reason, Marquisate London will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three working days. Please ensure that your bank account and/or credit card information is provided accurately to our financial authorities. -
Delivery
We aim to dispatch the products you ordered to the shipping company on the same day. For products with longer delivery times, the cargo delivery period is 14 working days as stated in the product details. You will be notified in case of any delays.
For a timely delivery, please ensure you provide your accurate delivery address. Your order will be processed and prepared according to the delivery option you select at checkout. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via DHL. After your order is confirmed, it will be handed to the shipping company within 5 (five) working days.
For Turkey, deliveries are valid. International deliveries will take up to 20 working days. For Istanbul, delivery will be completed within 14 days.

Payment Tracking
If the payment cannot be processed due to any issue, the visitor will be informed on the payment page.
In case of any errors with the provided address, we will contact the customer regarding the undeliverable order.
The validity of the provided email address is confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
We are responsible to both the bank and the customer for the successful completion of the payment and delivery.
Please be careful!
Open and inspect the packages in front of the delivery representative if you suspect any damage during shipping. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept the delivery and record the issue with the cargo company.
Once the product is accepted, it will be considered that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
If the product is damaged: Please send the report to info@marquisatelondon.com as soon as possible.
Once we receive the report, we will start working on your package and arrange for a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
Providing a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product in your email will help expedite the process.
